  • What is the difference between Body Contouring and Surgery?
Body contouring is non-invasive, there is no recovery time needed, and permanently removes fat cells like liposuction does. There are no incisions, it does not require anesthesia, and is much less expensive than surgery. Body Contouring is much more affordable than traditional surgery and targets stubborn fat without any of the risks of surgery.
  • Is it safe?
Yes, it is a safe, comfortable, and non-invasive procedure with virtually no side effects. It does not require surgey, leaves no scars and does not require any post treatment. The ultrasound energy is designed to target fatty tissues beneath the skin only, and does not affect the blood vessels, nerves and connective tissues.
  • How much does it cost?
Every person is different. Some will require as few as 3 sessions and some will need up to 9 or more. Although you may see an immediate difference, results are gradual over the next few weeks as your body excretes the broken down fatty tissues through the lymphatic system. Full results take about 3-4 months. This all depends on body mass, body circumference, and body size. Age, hormones, medications, and your desired outcome is also a factor. Please refer to our booking page for treatment cost, and package prices.
  • Are there any side effects with this treatment?
There are virtually no side effects. However on rare occasions there may be a slight possibility of mild side effects such as transient redness, excessive thirst, headache, or nausea immediately after the treatment which is invariably resolved by drinking water. These are all short-term effects that disappear in a few hours.
  • What is recovery like?
There is no down-time associated with the treatments. You can resume regular activities immediately after the treatment.
  • Who is an ideal candidate for body contouring?
An ideal candidate is in overall good health, doesn't smoke, and is already within 15 lbs of their goal weight. Please consult with us if you have any medical conditions that could be a contraindication for treatment. Ultrasonic cavitation treatment is not for everybody. Even though it is a safe and painless procedure, nevertheless there are contraindications for using cavitation devices for treatment of localized fat. Such contraindications will depend on the individual’s medical history. Thus people with kidney failure, liver failure, heart disease, carrying a pacemaker, pregnancy, lactation, etc. are not suitable candidates for the cavitation treatment.
  • What guidelines should I follow pre and post treatment?
Drink plenty of water. Drinking water is a necessary part of the treatment to facilitate the elimination of the broken down fat. Maintain a low calorie diet for a few days after the treatment to ensure that the energy released by the treatment is properly utilized and metabolized by the body. After the treatment patients are able to return to their daily activities as usual.
  • What is the difference between Cavitation and Radio Frequency?
Ultrasound cavitation uses scientifically proven non-invasive technology to break down unwanted fat whilst the radio frequency is a non-invasive heat treatment that helps tighten, contour and refine deeper lines of the skin over the face and body.
  • What is HIFEM/HIEMT?
HIFEM is an FDA-cleared body-sculpting treatment that builds muscle and burns fat. It delivers high-intensity focused electro-magnetic energy (HIFEM) pulses to the muscle tissue, creating maximal muscle contractions that activate more muscle fibers than what you can achieve through normal exercise at 30,000 pulses per 30 minutes. Treatment lasts approx 130 minutes.
  • Is HIFEM right for me?
HIFEM has been in wide use for decades. When administered by professionals, it is safe and painless and has very few, if any, side effects. Administered correctly, these techniques can make a difference in pain levels and can aid in muscle recovery, relaxation and rehabilitation. People with heart issues and pacemakers require a doctor's note for approval.
  • Is HIFEM permanent?
If you exercise regularly then stop, you can expect for things to go back to where they were. The maintenance of this treatment is also in your hands. Eating right, drinking water and exercising (doing those crunches and squats that strengthen those muscles) will help you maintain the results as long as you make it possible. We can also do maintenance treatments monthly or every few months, whatever suits your needs. For optimum results, 6 to 8 treatments are highly recommended but no less than 4 treatments initially. These should take place at an interval of 2 sessions per week for 2 weeks. Results continue for up to 6 months.
  • What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of non-surgical treatments, we are unable to offer refunds under ANY circumstances. Discounted packages expire one year after the date of purchase and cannot be transferred, refunded and/or exchanged.
  • What is your no-show/cancellation policy?
Last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our ability to serve our clients. Preparation for your treatment begins well before you enter our studio. Our Specialists limits the number of clients they see every day to ensure the highest level of quality in our services. They depend on clients showing up for their scheduled appointment times. We require 24 hours advance notice for cancellations. (NO EXCEPTIONS) For us to reserve a place in our schedule for you, we require that you agree to our cancellation policy, as follows: 1) Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or change/to reschedule an appointment. For example: if your appointment is at 6 pm Saturday, you have until 6 pm sharp on Friday to cancel or reschedule. 2) In the event of a last-minute cancellation or no show, the client is responsible for (100%) cost of the scheduled treatment. No exceptions. If this happens, please know it is not intended to penalize you — this is part of the agreement you are making with our business to help us protect our ability to serve you and all our clients. 3) Unexpected events like family member illness, work emergencies and travel delays are not exempt from our cancellation policy. 4) Our appointment confirmation and reminder emails and texts are a courtesy. Not receiving these communications does not make a last-minute cancellation or no-show exempt from our policy. We encourage our clients to set their own reminders!. 5) If the client is more than 15 minutes late to an appointment without notice, the session is considered canceled (NO SHOW) and the client is responsible for the total cost of the scheduled service. We cannot offer a refund on any used or unused services, service packages or gift cards.
  • Do you require a consultation deposit?
To schedule an appointment, a $50 deposit is required. No exceptions. Please note that we take a $25 deposit for all in person consults. The deposit for consults can be used toward services or refunded as long as the consult appointment is kept. We cannot offer a refund on any used or unused services, service packages or gift cards.
